One of New York’s most anticipated spring time events --- the Kids for Kids Celebrity Carnival and Street Fair to Benefit the Elizabeth
Glaser Pediatric AIDS Foundation will take place at Manhattan’s INDUSTRIA SUPERSTUDIO on Saturday, May 7th. Celebrities from the
worlds of film, fashion, television, sports, art and society will come together to volunteer their time as “heroes” working carnival-style game
booths to raise funds for pediatric research. In past years, guests have been treated to such one-of-a-kind moments as Julianne Moore
dancing with “SpongeBob SquarePants,” Michael Douglas trying his hand at “Knock ‘em Down”, and Natalie Portman taking a spin on the
“Color Wheel”. In addition to interacting with their favorite celebrities, guests are treated to an array of culinary treats from over 40 of New
York’s finest restaurants including BondSt, 66, Dos Caminos, Strip House, Gramercy Tavern, and more. The Kids for Kids Celebrity Carnival
is 100% underwritten by the Bandai Foundation, ensuring that every dollar raised is directed to the Foundation’s life-saving pediatric programs.
Major sponsors include Steven and Alexandra Cohen, The Bloomingdale’s Fund and The Macy’s Fund of The Federated Foundation,
Toys”R”Us, MTV Networks, Verizon, Donna Karan, Jon Tisch and Diane von Furstenberg. Kids for Kids is expected to raise $1.75 million for
the Foundation.

“When it Comes.” Carnival games for kids of all ages and food from more than 40 of NY’s top restaurants; Appearances by Bandai America’s Power Rangers Space Patrol Delta Team, Teen Titans, Strawberry Shortcake and Friends; Toys”R”Us Tower of Toys; Star in your own music video at MTV, VH1 & CMT’s Music Mix; Paint on life-size canvases with world renowned artists; TARGET Tales, celebrities read their favorite children’s stories; Test your vocal chords…Can You Hear Me Karaoke?!; Pipino Salon, get glamorous with one of NY’s hottest hair and makeup stylist; Learn some beats at the Scratchedy, Scratch, Scratch DJ lessons booth; Grab some goodies in the Fruit and Candy Forest; Take a chance at the fantasy raffle. Prizes include a Mercedes-Benz 2006 ML350 SUV, shopping spree with Isaac Mizrahi, a slam dunk experience with the NY Knicks and more!
