WHAT:
HOW TO GRILL TASTY AND HEALTHY ENTREES AND SIDE DISHES.
WHO: Rebecca
Kolls -- Lifestyle and Garden Expert and host of the HGTV and
syndicated program “Rebecca’s Garden.” Rebecca will
share with viewers her grilling tips and recipes fresh from the
garden –
Just in time
for Memorial Day weekend! She will also tell viewers how to prepare
their garden for the late spring and summer season.
Rebecca’s #1 Grilling Tip:
Add honey -- Foods such as fresh grilled salmon, sweet corn, or even
desserts can all be sweetened with the flavor of honey. Honey is an
all-natural ingredient that is the perfect complement to poultry, pork
and seafood as well as fresh fruits and vegetables. Not only does it
enhance the taste of the food, but the honey also marries the flavors
making grilling chicken more delicious and vegetables extra
scrumptious.
