WHO:  Bill and Cheryl Jamison:

They are the country's most respected authorities on regional American cooking.  They have written seven cookbooks including their new book to be released in May, Chicken on the Grill: 100 Surefire Ways to Grill Perfect Chicken Every Time; Smoke & Spice, Born to Grill and The Border Cookbook.  Three of the Jamison's cookbooks have won James Beard Book Awards.  The Jamison's have been featured in Bon Appetit magazine as the "king and queen of grilling and smoking."  The couple has appeared on the “Today” show” as well as other national and local television programs.
