The Council of Fashion Designers of America again named Narciso Rodriguez, a red carpet favorite of Sarah Jessica Parker and Salma Hayek, as the U.S,'s best womenswear designer.

Details: Narciso Rodriguez, a fashion favorite among the likes of Salma Hayek and Sarah Jessica Parker, is releasing his new perfume for her on Tuesday, June 17 at the Dia Arts Center in New York City. For her is an original fragrance that combines the silky, sensuous oil of musk with exotic botanical ingredients from Europe, Asia, Africa, Central America and the Caribbean. Even the for her bottle offers an air of elegant mystery. Evocative of the ancient Chinese snuff bottles, the streamlined, architectural glass is transparent, but houses a black heart that contains the actual fragrance.
